Private Sector Housing Officer

With the days getting brighter and restricting lifting, we are finally getting out the other side of this. With new beginnings on the horizon, a new role could be just what you need.

A South Wales Council is looking for an officer who is capable of: 

• HHSRS inspections
• Reactive Housing Act
• Investigate Complaints in relation to Stat nuisance

On a 6 month contract, this is a great opportunity to get involved with a proactive and well-organised team. If you are new to Wales, exploring the slight differences in legislation is definitely something to get your teeth into!

You must have an up to date knowledge of current legislation and have a minimum of 4 years’ experience within Private Sector Housing in a Local Authority. The HHSRS qualification is necessary.
