Our client in the South West of England is looking to appoint a Senior Health Programme Advisor to join the team down there. More specifiacally they are looking for an experienced project manager with strong partnership development skills. You will work closely with strategic partners, including our two Local Authorities, Schools, Early Years and Health colleagues, to implement a programme of work, improving outcomes for children, young people and their families.

An initial programme plan and budget, has been agreed in principle which builds on existing priorities but also recognises emerging evidence of impact from Covid-19. You will be accountable for delivering programme objectives, agreed milestones and providing all relevant documentation to local boards including the Health Protection Board.

Essential Skills: Project management; collaborative working with both strategic and operational partnership groups; good engagement and communication skills; commissioning experience; prioritising conflicting demands; managing financial and partnership resources; report writing; research and evaluation skills.

This assignment presents an exciting opportunity to make a lasting difference for children and families in the area. It is important that you are based in the South West of England and this role will require you to travel around surrounding areas. The role is set at an initial 6 month contractand the pay rate sits at £25-£30/hour (umbrella)
