As a Senior Quality and Contracts Officer you will work within our client's Joint Commissioning unit covering services at a County level for user groups including adults, children and older people.
You will work with Lead Commissioners to review and renew contracts and internal and external service agreements. You will monitor and administer service agreements and contracts taking into account the views of users, carers, colleagues and other agencies. A key function will be working with support providers to achieve compliance with relevant regulations and contractual stipulations.
Your success will be dependent upon the interface with colleagues in operational teams and you will work to ensure the there is close communication. You will report on performance information and you will assisting with strategy and planning.
We are looking for someone with a proven track record managing local authority contracts with third party service suppliers. This experience needs to be coming from a social / care background. You will need a very good understanding of safeguarding protocol and you will need excellent organisational skills.
The initial contract will be 3-6 months and offer a day rate of £400/day (umbrella). Our client covers the Oxfordshire region. Contact us for full details.
