Gloucester City Council is an ambitious council with big ideas; an exciting and innovative team has been developed with a focus on Community Wellbeing. You will be working alongside colleagues with backgrounds in Environmental Health Community Safety, Partnerships, Engagement and Anti-Social Behaviour as we look to deliver our services in a strength-based approach in order to bring about sustainable improvements. We are committed to creating ‘A City that Works for Everyone’.
Gloucester is a small, historic and vibrant city on the edge of the Cotswolds and conveniently located along the M5 with good transport links to the rest of the country. Our offices are located close to the City Centre.

Ideally you will have an EHORB Registration and have up to date food safety competency and/or strong environmental health skills and experience in one of the other disciplines. You will possess strong communication, organisational and time management skills, and be able to work as part of a team or on your own initiative.
