This role will focus on providing specific H&S support and advice to our clients Street Scene management team.
You will be required to manage, update and maintain the Street Scene health and safety data sets and records and provide data and information to support performance and compliance monitoring.
A key function of the role will be helping to identify training needs and you will liaise with the Organisational Development Coordinator to use health & safety data inform training and development plans, staff briefings and toolbox talks.
We are looking for someone with a solid background in H&S advice work, ideally within a local authority setting. If you have worked in any kind of street services related team before this would be a distinct advantage but it is not absolutely critical.
The initial contract will be 3-6 months, likely to extend though. Our client is a local authority based in North London.
The pay rate is £34/hr (umbrella).
