Job Details
Our client, based in Nottinghamshire are looking for a Food competent EHO to complete a specified list of food hygiene inspections including Category C, Category D and category E) between 1st March 2021 and 30th June 2021. To complete on site proforma for premises and advise of Food Hygiene Rating, to complete an inspection proforma and risk rating proforma for return to client.
The successful candidate must have obtained an Environmental Health Board of Registration Certificate (EHRB) for food safety work as well as having 20 hours of Food CPD in the last 2 years. A Covid 19 risk assessment and full PPE will be provided.
If successful you will be asked to complete all the work by the end of June and you will be paid in a per inspection basis.
