 Housing Enforcement Officer

£40 per hour

Outside IR35

The Northampton area is bustling. Diverse communities, exciting businesses and great places to eat, whatever you want, Northampton has it.

Behind all the fun, as all cities do, there lies lower than acceptable housing standards, landlords pushing their luck and tenants left vulnerable.

A housing enforcement officer is needed on the team to help tackle these issues. As the role is heavily focussed on enforcement, experience in the following areas is necessary:

• Complex prosecution cases
• Civil penalty notices
• Multi-disciplinary work
• Enforcement of criminal and rogue landlords
• Produce complex schedules of work
• Prepare enforcement notices

After a year of much the same, now is a perfect time to switch things up, challenge yourself and get started in the exciting position.
