Job Details

Having been significantly delayed through 2020 we are now carrying out some inspection work for a client in South Yorkshire and we need additional resource. The work is currently focused on Cat B and High Risk Unrated premises. Rates are £51-£60 depending on the category.

In line with current FSA guidance, inspections take the form of remote to be followed by physical on site, with appropriate safe working practices being adhered to in line with our client's risk assessment. For those who join the project, our client is willing to provide additional PPE at their cost to include white lab coats as they are currently adopting a one coat per premises policy.

We are interested in hearing from anyone with short or long term availability who is suitably qualified and has experience of Local Authority food intervention work. The work would not suit those who only have private sector experience so please do not apply if you have no UK local authority inspection experience.

You will need to be food competent and able to demonstrate this with an up to date CV, relevant qualifications, an full CPD record and a completed Competency Assessment. The work is outside IR35 for those wishing to work via a Ltd company.

Work will continue to end of March 2022 but we do not necessarily need commitment for the full duration.

Contact us to discuss full details.
