Are you experienced in Private Sector Housing and looking for a long term contract? The local authority that I am working with are looking for a Proactive and experienced Private Sector Housing Officer to help assist with mainly HMO licensing on a busy team for an 18 month contract.
The Local Authority is situated in Norfolk and are offering a large amount of home working and competitive rates. .
About You
The authority is looking for someone who is experienced with HMO licensing and also comfortable with using enforcement where required.
The contract length will be for an initial 18 months minimum and rates are open to negotiation. Being a fully qualified EHO is desirable but not essential.
