We are seeking an Environmental Health Officer to help us to deliver our frontline services covering Food Hygiene & Standards, Health & Safety, Public Health and Commercial Pollution Control during these challenging times. The position will be for a one year fixed term contract and can cover some or all of the above areas, depending on your personal qualifications and experience.

Ideally we are looking for a qualified Environmental Health Officer with EHRB registration, although we will consider applications from people who are completing their Environmental Health qualifications, with relevant experience of working in a commercial environmental health field(s).

Salary: CBG10, 11 or 12  £31,589 to £42,980 per annum - depending on experience
Hours: Full-time 37 hours per week

Base Location: Chicksands, Shefford & Home Based

Contract Type: Fixed Term One Year Contract
Closing Date:  9 March 2021
Interview Date: Interview date – week commencing 22 March
