Our client, based in Hertfordshire, are looking for an Environmental Health Manager with Environmental Health (Pollution & Housing) knowledge and experience to lead the Pollution & Housing teams. You will be asked to look after the Management of staff on a day-to-day basis and contribute to the corporate management of the Service while also ensuring, at a strategic level, that the Environmental Health team delivers services that meet the needs of the community.
To be successful you will need proven technical and professional competence within the field of Environmental Health including an in-depth understanding of environmental Health Legislation. It is also imperative that you have experience managing a Local Authorities' Environmental Health team
The position will initially be for 3 months, we hope this will be on a rolling 3 month contract. The candidate will need to be relatively local as will occasionally need to site & office visit and they are looking to pay £45PH+ LTD.
