The position is based in the West Midlands and the council are looking for someone who is keen to not only become a support for the manager but also the be able to assist the officers with any day to day problems they might have. The post is for 10weeks to start with and will be extended once we get into the new financial year with rates starting out at £34 an hour DOE.
You will be required to assist the manager whilst also ensuring your own work day to day is not neglected, including virtual inspections that might need to be completed.
Dealing with general complaints.
Assisting the officers with problems or questions they might have.
Dealing with any new cases that come in and appearing in court if required.
You will need to be an EHO with at least 3years' continuous experience within PSH with a track record of having dealt with complex cases.
