Our client is currently setting up a major UK border control facility. They have 25 vacancies for Support Assistants to work alongside Enviro Health Officers providing vital admin and operations assistance.

You will be right on the front line as the country adapts to the changes brought about through Brexit and as such you will have the chance to take up a unique role with excellent career prospects.

You will assist with carrying out document checks and physical inspections as required. You will be required to maintain stock levels of equipment and you will help organise the storage and dispatch of samples taken from inbound goods. A key responsibility will be the accurate recording of data.

The roles would be well suited to those from an Office Management or a Logistics Admin background. It would also be well suited to those who have worked in a food safety related role since the work will focus on imported food products.

We are looking for those with a minimum Level 3 qualification e.g. BTEC, or 2 A levels, NVQ3 or equivalent.

These are permanent roles with a salary of £23,607 -£25,803 +14% shift allowance payment to allow for work outside routine office hours.
