Senior Public Health Specialist

Buckingham Futures have taken on a challenging opportunity for a Senior Public Health Specialist in East London within a team of public health staff to support the Director of Public Health to improve health outcomes and reduce health inequalities in the borough during this difficult time.

You will act in a supporting role for specified areas of public health to plan, deliver and evaluate public health initiatives and will be expected to be able to work across all domains of public health as and when required to do so and with additional training and support if necessary.

You may be required to change topics or work across portfolio areas in line with the needs of the business whilst maintaining generic public health skills as necessary.

If successful you will be working with the Principal Public Health Specialist and Consultants in Public Health to commission, implement and deliver public health programmes and projects, therefore it is very important your CV shows recent experience in these fields.

If successful you will be offered an initial 3 month contract paying c£250.00 per day but we are happy to negotiate rates depending on skills and experience.
