Job Details


Based in Kent, our client has requirement to appoint within their Private Sector Housing team to a role which will require you to carry out HMO inspections, HHSRS assessments and respond to routine service requests on a daily basis. You may also be asked to assist with any other housing / tenancy related matters e.g. disrepairs and working with tenants to prevent eviction.

To apply for this role it is absolutely essential that you hold the full HHSRS accreditation, applications will not be accepted without this so please do not apply if you are not suitably qualified. You will need to be fully conversant with relevant housing legislation and you will need to be able to produce detailed report documents; good communication skills are essential as you will be dealing with the general public on a daily basis.

This contract will run for 3 months, working 37 hours per week. this hours must be covered over 5 days but the client has stated that they are currently remote working so you will not be required to visit the office everyday. Rates on offer will be between £31-£34.
