The successful applicant will join a small, professional and hardworking team who support each other in delivering the team’s environmental protection functions to protect the health and well-being of the public, animals and the environment.

The role covers extensive and varied subject matter and offers the chance for the successful candidate to utilise their wide range of skills and experience, to manage their own workload, as well as that of a technician. They will also have the opportunity to develop noise, animal welfare and fly tipping specialisms.

We offer a structured and competitive benefits package with relocation and housing subsidy for qualifying candidates. The office is located in the beautiful cathedral city of Chichester and much of the district is covered by areas of outstanding national beauty or the South Down National Park.
