Job Details
Our client has 50 premises inspections to complete by the end of January. There are approximately 25 Cat Bs and 25 Unrated premises most of which have already had a remote inspection carried out and simply need our Inspector to complete the follow up site visit. In some cases you will need to do both.
The work is based in South Wales so we really need those with experience carrying out inspections in Wales and who live in the local area. You will need to be suitably qualified to carry out Cat B premises inspections.
The rates offered are very good, £75 for a Cat B and £60 and £50 for C and D. The work programme is flexible and does not require full time working hours, you are able to complete them whenever it suits your own schedule.
