Job Details
Our client, based in Essex, are looking for a part-time qualified and experienced Environmental Health enforcement Officer to supplement their team resources during the Covid-19 pandemic. Duties will include Covid enforcement as well as food inspections, they I need someone with the right skills and experience to be able to get right into a programme of visits and enforcement action right away.
The successful candidate will need to have experience working within a Local Authority while also having enough Environmental Health knowledge to deal with a varied workload that, due to the current situation, could change day to day. If you are a Food competent EHO has experience dealing with Covid then you will be in a very strong position and will be able to demand the top end of the pay range.
If successful you will be offered an initial 22.2 hours per week, 3 month contract (option to be extended) paying £30-£45 PH LTD.
