Grade 5/6 (dependant on experience)

Grade 5 £29,987 – £34,875 + Golden Hello of £3,500/ Grade 6 £34,875 to £41,394 + Golden Hello of £3,500

Permanent, Full Time 37 hours per week

Due to a recent restructure we are looking to recruit a highly motivated and enthusiastic Environmental Health Practitioner/Enforcement Officer.  You will be part of a small enthusiastic team and work areas will include housing enforcement and statutory nuisance investigations.

The ideal candidate will have proven enforcement skills and be able to investigate complaints, referrals, and other enquiries to the service.  You will have good interpersonal skills as you will be liaising with internal departments as well as the public and other organisations.  You will have the ability to manage a demanding workload and be able to prioritise and manage your workload to meet deadlines to a high standard.
