Job Details
Our client, based in South London are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Technical Advisor who is able to deal with private sector housing - high rise compliance, public health (drains, pests, refuse, etc., empties, HMO licensing, requests for service, etc. you will assist with the technical management of the team in terms of enforcement, built environment, criminal investigations and licensing
Our client requires an expert in the field of private sector housing enforcement and licensing. Ideally an established manager, with significant people skills and communication skills. Political awareness and Local authority experience.
Rates for this role may be negotiable and we are happy to do so on your behalf. These types of roles typically pay £40 Ltd (Inside IR35) onwards, please let us know what hourly rate you would require.
