Licensing Officer

Our client in the South West looking for an experienced Licensing Officer initially to the end of March 2021. The role will involve administering applications for a broad range of licence types including (but not limited to): alcohol, entertainment, late-night refreshment, taxi / private hire, street trading, animal welfare, gambling and skin piercing.

The role is 37 hours per week on a flexible-working basis and will be largely home-based, with attendance at the Council office when required.  The successful applicant will also be expected to do some evening and weekend work as required, as the role includes carrying out visits and compliance inspections to licensed premises.
