Job Details
Our local authority client, based in East London recently won a £100,000 bid from the BEIS to undergo an energy efficiency drive that will enable them to identify properties within the borough with low energy efficiency rating F&G. As part of this fund they are recruiting 2 Environmental Health Officers to work on carrying out inspections, serving notices and identifying properties that fall within this bracket for enforcement.
In order to apply you will need to have working knowledge of the Housing Act 2004 and experience with inspection of Housing In multiple Occupation properties.
The role will run for an initial 3 months.
