Immerse yourself into a well established Food Safety team covering inspections (C-E rated premises), infectious disease control, complaints, reactive investigations, enforcement and advice to businesses.
A full time, 6 month contract with home working 2-3 days a week.
About You:
You must have a excellent knowledge of current food safety/hygiene standards and regulations. You must either be a certified EHO or hold a higher-level certificate in Food Safety. It is essential that you have an up to date knowledge of current legislation and have over 3 years’ experience working within Food Safety in Local Authority.
