Job Details
Our client, based in the East of England are looking for Test and Trace candidates as well as Food inspection candidates. They are only looking for Officers who are EH qualified you can carry out either the Test and Trace work, or food inspections as per the demand on the service at the time. High level inspections able to get £35 to £40 per hour and the low risk £25 to £30 per hour. It is crucial you will be able to carry out C-E rated inspections.
You will need to be food competent as defined by the FSA Code of Practice and you will need recent local authority inspection experience. This role is not suitable for those who are working in the private sector, if you have not completed a local authority inspection within the last 12 months please do not apply as your application will be rejected.
If successful you will be offered an initial 3 month contract that is likely to be extended beyond. When applying please confirm if you are interested in the Food work or the track and trace. Start ASAP and this role will be inside IR35.
