Public Health Officer

My client in Oxfordshire is on the lookout for an experienced Environmental Health/Public Health Consultant to help with their COVID response.

About the job:

This job will see you at the forefront of the COVID response across Oxfordshire, joining a small expert team in battling the pandemic. Your role will see you help develop policy and procedure on COVID compliance for both the general public and businesses across the county. 

The majority of the job can be done from home, although you will need to do some site visits on occasion. The contract is for an initial 6 months but will be extended for up to 18 months. Rates have been left open to negotiation but realistically will be around £35 an hour, it is potentially outside of IR35. 

About You:

They are looking for someone with good experience with disease and infection control, EHRB registration is preferable but not essential.
