Job Details
As Team Leader you will manage a small team of Technical Officers to ensure that the Council's statutory duties and responsibilities relating to the provision of Disabled Facilities Grants are met. You will serve to ensure the service complies with appropriate Health and Safety legislation and other relevant legislative and regulatory frameworks.
The role will focus quite heavily on contract administration so you will need excellent contracts knowledge. You will need sound technical knowledge including an understanding of the Housing Grants, Construction and Regeneration Act 1996.
The role is based with a Council in Berkshire and pay £49/hr. Please contact us for further info.
