Job Details

We have an existing food inspection contract in place with a client in Essex that has just been extended for a further 12 months through to August 2022. The project mainly focuses on low risk premises and new Unrated businesses. We operate to a 'standard' spec of full inspection, complete report, issue Food Hygiene Rating Score. Associated admin and data input is handled in house.

We currently have 1 Inspector working on the project who has been there for the last 5 years and we now need additional support to deliver 500-600 inspections over the next 12 months. We are happy to split the work into smaller batches and we do not need commitment for the full 12 months.

We need suitable qualified Food Safety Officers who are comfortable managing their own schedule and happy to travel around the area to inspect a range of premises. You will be paid on a per inspection basis with a Cat C paying at £45 and slightly lower rates on offer for Cat D and E.

If you are interested in this work, please contact us to discuss further or email your CV and evidence of your competency - CPD record / Qualifications / Competency Assessment document.
