Job Details
Our client, based in East London is looking for someone to work in their Food and Health and Safety Team to inspect food premises in the Borough for Food Hygiene, Standards and Health & Safety.
The main focus of work will be on new premises waiting for first inspection, other duties may be required e.g. to assist in service requests where appropriate must be EHRB registered and able to inspect risk categories A-E. There may also be some flexibility on the role, out of hours and weekends. You will be asked to inspect new premises and some backlog work (but no data entry).
To carry out this work you will need to be able to demonstrate your food competency so we will need evidence of your qualifications, your CPD record and your completed competency document. You will need recent local authority inspection experience and you will need to be comfortable working alone. They need people who can get the numbers done and the paperwork in on time.
Our client is looking to commence ASAP. This contract will be until the end of March and possibly beyond. Rates on offer will be £30-£35PH LTD.
