Are you passionate about improving housing conditions in the Private Rented Sector? Great opportunities have been created as part of a strategy to improve housing conditions in the sector through education, partnership working and a robust enforcement regime.

We are keen to recruit enthusiastic, knowledgeable and resilient individuals to help us deliver our main outcome of improving housing conditions (including HMOs); through a combination of proactive and targeted work.

You will need a recognised qualification and extensive specific enforcement experience relevant to the area of work in particular significant application of HHSRS, HMO licensing and associated actions.

You will be joining a dedicated and enthusiastic team, with a strong commitment to making a real difference to bring about lasting improvements.
