Housing Leeds are recruiting to the following positions: 

Housing Officer x7 (C3) £24,799 to £26,317 

Senior Housing Officer x4 (SO2) £29,636 to £31,371 

Principal Housing Officer x4 (PO2) £32,029 to £34,788

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the Council’s drive to improve standards in the private rented sector and to bring empty properties back into use. The successful candidate will need to have excellent organisational and communication skills along with the ability to work individually and as part of a team. You will need to be flexible in approach and be able to prioritise workloads. 

You will need to have suitable experience to undertake private sector housing enforcement work, inspecting private sector properties and ideally be accredited or competent to undertake inspections and enforcement under the Housing Health and Safety Rating System.
