Job Details
Our client, based in the North West of London are looking for an experienced Technical Officer / Environmental Health Officer to assist with a project identifying, inspecting a licensing HMOs.
The successful post holder will be an experienced housing officer with the ability to work independently within the community protection team. The post holder must be experienced, competent and competent at accurately assessing risk, using HHSRS, carrying out inspections of HMOs and processing/issuing licences. A sound working knowledge of the Housing Act 2004 and other tools available to proactively identify HMOs is essential.
The role will require flexible working, including visits outside of normal office hours and you will be paid £35-£40PH LTD
