Job Details
Our local authority client, based near the Midlands are looking to appoint an experienced Environmental Health Housing Officer.
In order to be considered, you must have in depth working knowledge of Housing Act and associated regulations , The Housing Health & Safety Rating System and local authorities regulatory and enforcement powers in relation to HMOs and private sector housing. In addition candidates must have detailed knowledge of the regulatory framework relating to HMOs & Licensing.
This contract will run for an initial three months with the potential of it extending.
Please note, this role falls OUTSIDE of IR35 and the client is willing to pay £28 per hour.
