Job Details

Our client, based in Oxfordshire, are looking for a Food/H&S EHO or Technical Officer (Standards background as well would be a bonus). They will be responsible for reading the multitude of information/correspondence that are being sent to them from various other agency sources (EDEFRA/FSA etc.) concerning EU Exit related implications and ensure that the managers across the District . Trading Standards have identified what steps they need to take to ensure that they are as ready as they can be to respond to whatever scenario they find themselves in i.e. deal or no deal.

It is likely that this doesn't take up a full time role and as such they would hope that you can be involved in business as usual tasks - responding to complaints, undertaking inspections and investigating accidents (as well as any TS related work that they may be competent to carry out food/feed inspections or investigations).

The role isn't that clearly defined but they would want to get somebody for a 3-6 month placement. You will be offered £29-£32PH LTD.
