Our local authority client, based in South of England are looking to appoint an experienced EP Officer. You will be expected to Investigate statutory nuisance, drainage, public health and other service requests, inspection of premises and taking appropriate enforcement action where required. To monitor, initiate and progress contaminated land issues as required by the Contaminated Land Strategy (CLS), including the risk assessment and inspection of sites and taking appropriate enforcement action. Examining and commenting on the environmental health implications to, planning consultations and licensing applications and taking appropriate action.

This role requires an officer who has a minimum of 3 years experience within this field, including local authority experience.

The contract will run until the end of January 2020. Rates negotiable.
