Cheshire West and Chester Regulatory Services are looking for a highly motivated individual, with a can do attitude to carry out all work involving bringing empty homes back into use and undertake the appropriate enforcement action including compulsory purchase and enforced sale. 

You will be a natural investigator with excellent communication skills, an attention to detail and a passion for housing and customer service. You will have a knowledge of the legislation and guidance relating to housing and environmental health with a comprehensive understanding of the compulsory purchase of empty homes and enforced sales.

A relevant professional qualification is essential but consideration would also be given to those with significant equivalent experience in this field. Previous experience and/or qualification in Environmental Health or other related field is desirable.

The position is temporary, funded until 31 March 2021 at full time hours (37 hours).
