Job Details
Our client, based in Essex are looking for a suitably qualified and experienced Environmental Health Officer - Environmental Protection and Private Sector Housing Regulation to join their busy Environmental Protection team. The post holder will complement our existing multi-skilled team, dealing with public health, nuisance, pollution control, private sector housing enforcement and provide professional and technical advice and support to the Council's Planning Service.
The successful candidate will be some someone who holds a Degree or Diploma in Environmental Health and is ideally EHORB registered), the more Environmental Health disciplines (Noise, Housing, responding to Major Planning Applications, Private Water Supplies etc) you are knowledgeable in, the higher chance that you will be successful.
The contract on offer will be for an initial 3 months or until the permanent role is filled and they will be paying £33-£36PH LTD depending on the above experience and qualifications.
