Senior Food Safety Consultant

Buckingham Futures have taken on an exciting position for a Senior Food Safety Consultant on behalf of one of UK’s leading food safety consultancies. They are seeking a consultant on a temp to perm basis.

Our client works with food suppliers and manufacturers from national and international chains to local cafes, pop up restaurants, market stalls and takeaways


 £35,000 - £40,000 per annum (flexible for the right person)
 Company Pension
 Company car or Car Allowance (£4,700) per annum
 Healthcare


The ideal candidate for this role with have a minimum of three years experience in a food auditing role and it would be an added advantage of they have experience in industry as perhaps a chef, restaurant manager, Catering Manager or food business owner.  You would be collaborative, helpful, an excellent communicator, have an in depth understanding of the food auditing sector and be able to provide coaching and advise to client when necessary, perform high level Risk Assessments, ensuring the client always receives exceptional levels of service. Applicants must also have a degree in Environmental Health or similar qualification.

In this role, you will be expected to account manage a portfolio of small to medium sized clients so you must have fantastic client management and relationship skills, must be a people person, must be able to adapt in stressful situations and must be likeable and friendly.
