Would you like to broaden your experience within an intelligence led Environmental Health service nationally recognised for its excellence and innovative work?

Are you a qualified, creative thinking Environmental Health Practitioner capable of working both in a team and independently in using your professional skills and judgement to help customers and businesses resolve their problems?

If so, we would like to meet you. Within this role you will be working across a wide range of EH work both within and outside Worcestershire and with a range of partners and stakeholders.

Your day will be varied requiring highly developed problem solving and interpersonal skills across all six partner District Councils each with its own unique character. You will be actively involved in our income generation projects giving wide, varied and satisfying experiences beyond our everyday boundaries.

All roles are for posts in the Worcestershire Regulatory Services Shared Service which is hosted by Bromsgrove District Council. 

The closing date for receipt of completed applications is Sunday 8 September 2019. 

Interviews will be held week commencing 23 September 2019.

These posts are exempt under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and as such appointment will be conditional upon the receipt of a satisfactory response to a check of criminal records via the Disclosure and Barring Service before the appointment is confirmed.  This will include details of cautions, reprimands or final warnings, as well as convictions.
