Job Details
Our client, in North Wales need someone to help deliver efficient and good quality Regulatory Services across the city's private sector housing stock by carrying out technical inspections to a wide range of properties including empty homes, family homes, Housing in Multiple Occupation and properties used for re-housing vulnerable households, while also dealing with Pollution service requests around nuisance work - noise, bonfires, odours etc. in addition to dealing with other public health type service requests e.g. rodent investigations/ filthy and verminous.
In order to be considered it is essential that you have knowledge of Housing Act 2014 and knowledge of different types of HMO's. It is absolutely essential that you have experience in surveying large HMO's for a local authority as well as experience delaing with pollution service requests.
If successful you will be offered an initial 6 month contract paying £28-£32PH LTD.
