** EXCELLENT GRADUATE OPPORTUNITY **
Excellent opportunity to gain experience of private sector housing in an admin support role. You will undertake duties associated with the coordination and administrative support to the Private Sector Housing team. Typically this will require you to follow procedures to ensure the effective administration of applications for home improvement grants or loans, disabled facilities grants and HMO licences. You will have responsibility for admin functions associated with collecting fees, charges and payments and you will provide advice and assistance on the applications process.
The role would be perfect for an Environmental Health graduate, particularly if you have any related work experience gained rom a placement or a similar role. You will need good admin skills and a willingness to learn new processes and systems. Any knowledge of the Housing Health & Safety Rating System would be an advantage but it is not essential.
The role is based in South East London, will be offered on a rolling 3 month contract basis and pay around £18-£19/hr (umbrella).
