Job Details
Our client, in South Yorkshire need someone to help deliver efficient and good quality Regulatory Services across the city's private sector housing stock by carrying out technical inspections to a wide range of properties including empty homes, family homes, Housing in Multiple Occupation and properties used for re-housing vulnerable households. Advising on a range of housing matters and legislation to raise property and tenancy conditions. The need someone to carry out efficient and good quality inspection while also offering regulatory advice and action across the city's private rented housing stock.
In order to be considered it is essential that you have knowledge of Housing Act 2014 and knowledge of different types of HMO's. It is absolutely essential that you have experience in surveying large HMO's for a local authority.
If successful you will be offered an initial 3 month contract paying £28-£32PH LTD.
