Job Details

Our client, based in Hampshire is looking to appoint a suitable qualified and experienced DFG Specialist. You will act as first point of contact for the receipt of referrals and requests for grants and loans. You will also be advising and determining eligibility and progressing applications for mandatory and discretionary grant assistance and appropriate schedules of work by reference to appropriate legislative and policy provisions.

Other duties include; undertake technical visits of grant-funded works to ensure compliance with the grant schedules, Calculate and arrange timely payment of grants on receipt of acceptable invoices, Undertake inspections of licensed mobile home parks and ensure compliance with site licence conditions and taking appropriate remedial/enforcement actions on non-compliant mobile home sites. Full JD available upon request.


Please note, our client can ONLY consider officers who are qualified within this field and are working in a local authority to the same remit. This is a 3 month contract.
