Job Details

Our client has a mixture of Cat B,C,D and Unrated premises to inspect before the end of the financial year. Initially we expect the number to be around 150 and they will require a combined food hygiene and food standards inspection. You will be required to complete the inspection and report, establish the FHRS and leave an on site report. You will not be required to do any data input or admin work.

The work could easily be allocated to one Inspector but we can split if you only have limited availability. Given the work programme, the role does not require full time hours and could easily fit in around any other work commitments you have.

You will need to be food competent and we will need evidence of this. It's essential that you are qualified to carry out both hygiene and standards inspections for the category of premises detailed.

The work is based in Berkshire and we will pay rates based on the category of inspections. We expect Cat C/D to be around £40-£45 per inspection and Cat B around £55-£60. Unrated premises will be paid at the established risk rating post inspection.
