We are looking for an enthusiastic, ambitious and motivated individual to join our Environmental Health Team. We offer the opportunity to join a generic team where officers use their skills across different Environmental Health disciplines, including; environmental protection, public health, licensing compliance, health and wellbeing, port health, food safety, and health and safety.

We are looking for a motivated individual who can bring skills into the team for one or many of these areas of work and have the ambition to develop their skill base to support the range of work areas we provide. Fenland District Council provides a supportive environment for officers to continue to professionally develop and share their skill sets.

The career graded role provides the opportunity for an officer to progress into a lead role in one of these areas of work. For their chosen field, a senior officer will be able to demonstrate relevant qualifications, an excellent past performance, provide unsupported provision of this service and support the growth of colleagues with these functions.
