Job Details
We have a client in the East Midlands who is looking to find someone to undertake food safety inspections of approximately 100 C and D rated premises which are currently 4 and 5 in terms of FHRS. The inspections are to be conducted in line with food law code of practice and scored in line with the code and Brand Standard to enable updating of the FHRS.
The appointed inspector will be provided with the last inspection letter, completed official control record and a copy of the food premises registration certificate held by EBC. These documents must be returned to EBC for secure disposal to meet EBC's GDPR policy prior to payment being approved.
You will need to be able to demonstrate your food competency by providing an up to date CV, copies of your qualifications and CPD record and a completed Competency Assessment.
We will pay per inspection, around £35-£38 (D / C).
