Senior Environmental Quality Officer (Land)

Starting salary between £27,000 and £32,400 per annum

Based at King’s Court Council Offices, King’s Lynn

We have a rare opportunity for you to join us as a Senior Environmental Quality Officer assisting the Scientific Officer in carrying out the inspection and risk assessment of Contaminated Land sites and responding to planning consultations.  You will also take the lead role in the Licensing of Scrap Metal Dealers and assist the Environmental Health Manager with a range of other general environmental quality work.

You will have a Degree in Environmental Science or other relevant Degree with experience in environmental quality matters including Contaminated Land.  Working effectively in a team you have good communication skills and be able to manage your workload to a high quality ensuring you meet tight deadlines.
