Job Details
Our local authority client, based near Leicester are looking to appoint two experienced Housing Officer. They require one to assist with the Rogue Landlords Project and the other Officer is required to assist with HMO Licensing and Housing Standards.
This role requires both officers to be experienced within these fields. You must also have proven experience in carrying out detailed inspections of domestic property, experience of working within a Local Authority bringing empty homes back into use.
Rates for this role will be negotiable, full JD available upon request.
