EHO - Housing
Local authority client in the North West requires a Housing EHO to undertake HMO Inspections and residential complaints work. You will liaise with tenants, landlords, and other agencies, and have the opportunity and support to use the range of powers available to you to improve the housing standards and living conditions of some of the most vulnerable people in our communities.
In order to qualify you will have to demonstrate that you have good housing enforcement skills as you will be dealing with problematic landlords. You must have a minimum of 2-3 years experience within this field whilst also holding the HHSRS certificate. Candidates must have UK driving licence and have their own car.
The client is offering rates from £27-£30 PH LTD. Our client are looking to fill this role quickly and will offer an initial 3 month contract.
