Buckingham Futures are recruiting for an experienced Trading Standard Officer in West London, You will be required to undertake a full range of Trading Standards duties which will include investigation of service requests, supporting businesses of all sizes with both proactive and primary authority advice, identifying and maximising income earning opportunities and prepare criminal prosecution files working with our Financial investigators, across all disciplines including Standard Enforcement, safety, fair trading, Port safety, under age sales.
Minimum requirement of:
- 2 A Levels and 5 GCSEs (including English and Maths) or equivalent.
- Degree/Diploma in relevant trading standards/consumer protection or relevant qualification.
- Completion of practical training.
- MInimum of two years as a Trading Standards Officer within Local Authority
- NB - Rate is negotiable
