The Role:

As our Senior Licensing Officer, you will be at the heart of this important work. Working with a variety of stakeholders to ensure the flawless provision of a comprehensive licensing service, you will process license and registration applications, offer professional expertise to colleagues and contribute to Court hearings. You will also present at public enquiries, offer mediation when parties are conflicted and help us develop future policies relating to licensing. There are currently 2 posts available within the team.

About You:

We want you to flourish in this role, so we will give you the freedom to explore how we can improve our capabilities. As such, we will expect you to have experience in an environmental health role (or similar) cemented by a relevant qualification. Using your outstanding communication skills to explain legislation and procedures, you will have a good level of scientific and technical knowledge – and the drive to make the most of the opportunities and exceptional projects we can offer to you.
